Finished size: Approximately 10 cm cube
1. Make 6 Squares
Row 1
Chain 21.
Work 1 dc into the second chain from the hook.
Work 1 dc into each remaining chain across.
20 stitches
Row 2
Chain 1 and turn.
Work 1 dc into each stitch across.
20 stitches
Rows 3–20
Repeat Row 2 until 20 rows have been completed.
Fasten off.
Repeat to make six identical squares.
2. Optional Border
Join yarn in any corner.
Work 1 round of double crochet around the square, placing 3 dc into each corner stitch.
Slip stitch to the first stitch to finish.
Fasten off.
Repeat for all six squares.
3. Assemble the Cube
